A few thoughtful habits help everyone enjoy the house and respect its shared spaces.
Use bottled water
The tap water is not safe to drink. Use bottled water for drinking and for making coffee or tea.
Flush toilet paper only
Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Sanitary products, paper tissues, cotton buds and any other items can block the pipes and cause wastewater to back up into the apartment.
Put rubbish out on collection days
Follow the collection schedule and leave rubbish outside the entrance gate only on the designated days.
Keep quiet during rest hours
Out of consideration for the neighbours, keep noise to a minimum early in the morning and during rest periods after lunch and dinner.
Leave the outdoor shower clean
The outdoor shower is available for your use. Afterwards, leave the shower and surrounding area clean and tidy, out of consideration for everyone who shares the garden.
Smoke outdoors only
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Extinguish cigarettes completely and dispose of cigarette ends safely: there is a high risk of fire in the pine forest.
Do not use barbecues
Because of the fire risk, barbecues are not permitted in the pine forest.
